Serving Broward County

Sealed right, it lasts longer and looks better.

Concrete Solutions Today seals and coats concrete for homes and businesses in Davie, Weston, Southwest Ranches, Cooper City, Plantation, Pembroke Pines, Parkland, Coral Springs, and Fort Lauderdale. South Florida sun, rain, mold, and pool chemicals wear down unprotected concrete. A quality sealer keeps it cleaner, protects the color, and slows staining. We clean and prepare the surface first, choose the right sealer or coating for how the area is used, and apply it so it looks even and isn’t slippery.

From concept to completion

A disciplined four-step process.

01

Inspect

We check the concrete’s condition, existing coatings, and moisture.

02

Prepare

The surface is pressure-cleaned, repaired, and prepared so the sealer bonds.

03

Apply

The sealer or coating is applied in the right number of coats for the use.

04

Project questions

What homeowners ask before we start.

Clear expectations produce better scopes, better decisions, and a smoother build.

How often should concrete be sealed in South Florida?+

Most outdoor concrete benefits from resealing every two to three years, depending on sun exposure, traffic, and the type of sealer.

Will sealer make my pool deck slippery?+

It can if the wrong product is used. For pool decks and walkways, we use slip-resistant sealers or add a non-slip additive.

What is a gray concrete sealer?+

It’s a tinted sealer that evens out the color of gray concrete and hides minor stains while protecting the surface.

Do you do epoxy garage floors?+

Yes. We prepare the slab and install epoxy or polyaspartic coatings with optional color flakes for a durable, easy-to-clean floor.

Which areas do you serve?+

We provide sealing and coatings across Broward County, including Davie, Weston, Southwest Ranches, Cooper City, Plantation, Pembroke Pines, Parkland, Coral Springs, and Fort Lauderdale.
