New pools, designed with the whole yard
Custom Pool Construction
New in-ground pool construction planned together with the pool deck, coping, landscaping, and outdoor living space around it.
Plan this project ↗Serving Broward County
The pool and the yard, designed as one.
Concrete Solutions Today builds new in-ground pools for homes in Davie, Weston, Southwest Ranches, Cooper City, Plantation, Pembroke Pines, Parkland, Coral Springs, and Fort Lauderdale, and we design the pool deck, coping, and surrounding outdoor space at the same time. That avoids the most common problem with new pools: a finished pool surrounded by a deck, drainage, and landscaping that were never planned to work with it. We handle site planning, permitting, inspections, and Florida’s required pool safety barrier as part of the project.

Project questions
What homeowners ask before we start.
Clear expectations produce better scopes, better decisions, and a smoother build.
How long does it take to build a pool in Broward County?+
It depends on the design, permitting time, and weather. We give you a written schedule with the proposal and update it as permits are approved.
Do you build the pool deck too?+
Yes. We design and build the deck, coping, and surrounding hardscape as part of the same project, which gives a cleaner finished result.
What safety requirements apply to new pools in Florida?+
Florida law requires residential pools to have at least one approved safety feature, such as a barrier fence, approved pool cover, or door and window alarms. We include this in the plan.
Can you add a pergola or turf around the new pool?+
Yes. Many of our pool projects include a pergola, artificial turf, and lighting, all planned with the pool from the start.
Which cities do you build pools in?+
We build pools across Broward County, including Davie, Weston, Southwest Ranches, Cooper City, Plantation, Pembroke Pines, Parkland, Coral Springs, and Fort Lauderdale.
