Freestanding shade for the backyard
Gazebos & Cabanas
Freestanding gazebos, poolside cabanas, and covered seating areas set on a properly built concrete or paver base.
Plan this project ↗Serving Broward County
Built to stay put in South Florida weather.
We install gazebos and cabanas for homeowners in Davie, Weston, Southwest Ranches, Cooper City, Plantation, Pembroke Pines, Parkland, Coral Springs, and Fort Lauderdale. A gazebo is only as good as what it sits on, so we build the concrete pad or paver base, anchor the structure for local wind requirements, and handle the permit where one is required. The result is a shaded space by the pool, the garden, or the outdoor kitchen that looks planned, not added on.

Prepare
The base is formed and poured, or pavers are installed, at the right elevation.

Project questions
What homeowners ask before we start.
Clear expectations produce better scopes, better decisions, and a smoother build.
What’s the difference between a gazebo and a pergola?+
A gazebo is a freestanding structure with a full roof, often on its own pad. A pergola is usually an open or louvered roof structure that can be freestanding or attached to the house.
Does a gazebo need a permit?+
Many do, especially larger or permanently anchored structures. Requirements vary by city, so we confirm them during planning and pull the permit when needed.
Can you install a gazebo I already bought?+
In many cases, yes. We’ll review the product and its anchoring requirements, then build the right base for it.
What base is best for a gazebo?+
A properly sized concrete pad is the most common choice. Pavers or porcelain work well when the gazebo needs to match a surrounding patio or pool deck.
Which areas do you serve?+
We install gazebos and cabanas across Broward County, including Davie, Weston, Southwest Ranches, Cooper City, Plantation, Pembroke Pines, Parkland, Coral Springs, and Fort Lauderdale.
