Built for Boca Raton

A driveway planned for your lot and your street.

Boca Raton’s country club and gated communities typically expect refined finishes such as large-format concrete, travertine or porcelain borders, and precise turf joints. We present the layout and materials for HOA review alongside the city submittal.

The city sets specific limits on driveway width, the number of driveways per lot, and their spacing from intersections. Planning to those numbers early avoids redesigns after the permit review.

Recent Boca Raton work includes a modern concrete panel driveway with artificial turf joints, a geometric turf-joint driveway framed with a dark-coated border, and a large slab pour on an estate property finished with power trowels. See the photos and drone video below.

How a Boca Raton driveway gets built

Four steps from design to final inspection.

Each step settles the decisions the next one depends on, so the jobsite stays organized.

01

Design + measure

We measure the site, check your survey and setbacks, and lay out panels, joints, and the approach.

02

Permit + approvals

We prepare the Boca Raton permit package and any HOA submittal, then schedule the work once approved.

03

Prepare + pour

Demolition, grading, compaction, forming, and reinforcement, then a coordinated pour and finish.

04

Inspect + complete

We pass final inspection, review edges and drainage with you, and leave care instructions.
